DOHI
Dohi is complicated. A beautiful country, lost in time, very few people have the opportunity to experience it as it could be. In ancient times, when the Emerald Peacock still ruled Dohi, it was advanced in scientific knowledge and ruled on the concept of ‘perfellik inde statengeli’—perfection in balance. But then the Mad Prince, Cetin, poisoned people’s minds, and the age of the Black Peacock began.
Hundreds of years of oppression has taken its toll. The skies are perpetually grey with smog, and toxic waste chokes what little food grows. If you aren’t a member of the Elite ruling class, life is barely survivable. The paranoid Regime is ever on the lookout for spies and traitors; you can’t trust your friends, let alone your neighbors. And still, the cherry tree finds a way to blossom.
